  Just like a bad waiter can ruin a good meal so can an installer. This was the third time we have used Coles. Twice for carpet and once for wood flooring. Actually liked the sales person, was helpful and worked with us on price and sourcing a product. However the installer on our wood floors was rude, condescending and unprofessional. People tend to forget about the hidden aspect of flooring, the install. This guy ruined it for us and still hasnt finished the job! If Coles wants to compete effectively they need to offer their installers “customer service training” . Carpet stores are a dime a dozen and most will meet or beat prices… Id never use them again. Customer service is increasingly becoming rare.
